Seared Scallops
28Celeriac purée, brown butter, apple, and a whisper of vanilla.

A seasonal tasting kitchen and natural-wine bar where every plate is composed to be remembered — served by candlelight in the heart of the Antelope Valley.
We cook with the seasons and pour with intention. No pretense — just precise, generous food.
A five- or seven-course menu that changes with the market. Vegetables from local growers, fish from the coast, everything at its peak.
A living list of low-intervention bottles and grower champagnes, chosen to sit beside the food rather than shout over it.
Eight seats at the pass, where the kitchen plates in front of you and each course arrives with its own quiet story.

Celeriac purée, brown butter, apple, and a whisper of vanilla.

Parsnip, cherry gastrique, charred scallion, and thyme jus.

Salted caramel, gold leaf, cocoa tuile, crème fraîche.
Lumière began with a simple idea: that the Antelope Valley deserved a room where craft, warmth, and honesty share the same plate. Chef Élise Marchand trained in Lyon and Los Angeles before bringing that discipline home.
We keep the room small and the sourcing close, so the person who grows your greens and the person who plates them are rarely more than a handshake apart.
Dinner Wednesday through Sunday, seatings from 5:30. We hold a few counter seats for walk-ins each night — but the tasting books quickly.
