In-Home Service Call
Travel to you plus the first 30 minutes — diagnosis, quick fixes, honest answers. Credited toward the repair if you go ahead with it.
In-Home Repair — up to 1 hour on-site
Service call plus a full hour of work at your place. Most tune-ups, cleanups and setups are finished inside this.
Extra On-Site Time (per half hour)
Only if the job runs long — and Joe tells you before the clock starts.
In-Home Wi-Fi & Network Setup
Router placed and configured right, dead zones chased down, every device back online, speeds verified room by room.
In-Home Setup & Training (per hour)
New computer moved in, printers and email working, and patient plain-English help with whatever's been bugging you.
Outside-the-Area Trip Surcharge
Beyond Lancaster / Palmdale / Quartz Hill — call first and Joe will confirm whether he can get to you.
Emergency After-Hours Call-Out (7 PM – 2 AM)
Computer down and it can't wait until morning? Joe comes to you in the evening or late night, up to 2 AM. Flat call-out fee, travel included — repair labor is quoted up front just like daytime work.
In-Home New-Computer Setup & Data Move
New PC set up at your place — everything moved from the old one, printers and Wi-Fi working before Joe leaves.
In-Home Security Camera / Doorbell Setup
Cameras or a video doorbell mounted, connected to your Wi-Fi and set up on your phone — on-site.
